Click the button, fill in the pre-prepared email with your order details, and send it. Your declaration will then be sent directly to us.
Alternatively, you can use the sample cancellation form or contact us informally by post or email (info@bergkraft.shop).
After receiving your cancellation declaration, you will receive a confirmation from us as well as further information on the return process.
